Sandra is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She holds a Master of Science degree in Counseling from the University of Memphis with an undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.

Sandra joined EHC in 2006. Her professional interests are in trauma, developmental psychology and mind/body/spirit healing.  She is trained in hypnosis at the Intermediate level with the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis. She has had academic training at the Masters level in clinical hypnosis and she serves on the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Medical Hypnoanalysts. She has edited an introductory book on self-hypnosis. Sandra is also Level 2 trained in EMDR. Other training includes Suicide Crisis Intervention, professional programs at Onsite, Inc., Shades of Hope and workshops on Dissociation and Borderline Personality Disorder.
